Testimonials

Laughter Yoga class with Susan Phillips is like a vacation, and you don’t have to pack! She is a masterful teacher of this modality who knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and happy. I feel better at the end of class relaxed and yet invigorated at the same time. I highly recommend Laughter Yoga with Susan!

Susan's playful nature and gentle voice invite one to relax and laugh! I yawn throughout Laughter Yoga! Yawning for me is releasing stuck energies! So it's very healing for me.

Susan is a gem and a genuine ambassador of good will and compassion through her sharing and facilitation of Laughter Yoga. This has been especially uplifting for me in our current pandemic. I always seem to come away with renewed hope and strength to remember to live in the moment in a more loving way.

Susan leads an entertaining laughter session. I look forward to her gentle humor and supportive practice.

The conference participants were really into Susan’s Laughter Yoga program --- a lot of laughter was being unleashed and filling the room. Absolutely fantastic and I could see stress being reduced, and brains functioning with energy. I would recommend Susan Phillips and her Laughter Yoga program to any Corporate Group that needs to unwind and get refreshed.

“.....Just want to let you know again, how deeply our session and your beautiful, gentle, giggly leadership affected me (and clearly everyone else in our session) how the laughter and silly sauce got into my corpuscles and skittered impishly around inside of me and radiated out for days and days after.... seriously.

Susan is a delightful, skilled and thoroughly authentic teacher of Laughter Yoga. She seamlessly moves her students from initial self-consciousness to total, relaxed joy. Her class is creative, relevant and so healing.

Thank you so much for the fun Laughter Yoga Night you presented at Atir. The response was overwhelming. Every single guest thanked me personally for inviting them to experience it and bringing this positive and life changing knowledge into their lives. I hope we can do it again!

Each time I join one of Susan's classes, I feel stress reduction, clarity, and pure joy! I feel the cardio part of Laughter Yoga strengthening my core and the release of endorphins helps reduce aches and pains and helps me sleep better. I highly recommend Laughter Yoga for all of you who are ready to laugh more and heal yourself mind, body, and soul!
